It is our aim to personalise learning for each and every one of them by following interests and developing strong, positive relationships in an enabling environment where everyone feels safe and secure to take risks and try new things.

 

We believe that co – learning between adults and children promotes deeper level learning opportunities. Evidence of this, will be seen where experiences of the children are ‘Natural, Independent, Consistent and Embedded’ (NICE).

 

Provision, planning and resourcing provides a range of learning opportunities for children to experience and master a range of skills over a period of time through child – initiated learning experiences. It is through repetition and reinforcement that prior skills and knowledge can be built upon.
